This shoe replaces the Belluna shoe which was made of a lot of neoprene. It doesn't make your foot sweat as much as the Belluna, is cuter looking because of the leather on the upper, but it is not as comfy and cushiony as the Belluna. I specifically bought Merrell shoes because they give my feet relief from neuropathy. There isn't a more comfortable shoe. I feel like I am walking on a cloud. I have a very narrow foot, and wish that there was a narrow size, but they still aren't as wide as most shoes.

Merrell sayes this is the replacement for the Belluna sandal/slide, but they changed the foot bed. Very uncomfortable. Maybe would work for someone with a very high arch.

I've worn Merrells for years and have 2 sandals from nearly this same style from 5-6 years ago. The Q-form sole is a definite improvement! I like the fact that Merrells are so durable. Living on a ranch means lots of shoe cleaning and I put my Merrells in the washer on delicate with a couple of towels and they come out looking like new.

This was a new style for me and at first wasn't sure if I was going to like it as well as the one that was discontinued. But it is just as comfortable, and stable yet I still get many compliments on how cute they are.
I have never had a Merrell sandal that was not comfortable and fit as though it was made just for me! And during the summer I can take off on a walk without worry that I will get blisters.

This sandal positons the foot in just the right place. It also hugs the arch which works really well for a narrow foot. The service at OnLine was great. My old pair wore out a few years ago and I've been disappointed with the newer styles I've tried. So...I'm so glad to see they are back.
Assuming they are exactly the same.....they were so comfortable that I could walk for miles in these. I never developed blisters or needed to "break in".
My only real disappointment had more to do with fact that I have sweaty feet and these shoes did hold foot odors after awhile. Even if I washed them (which I did often), I was not able to wear after awhile due to odor. This was actually the only reason I finally threw my old pair away.
I will continue to buy this product
