Maybe they just need to be broken in, but I didn't last 5 minutes with the heel strap. The toe was a little tight as well, and I have narrow feet (I do tend to like a more square toe though, so it may not be a problem with the shoe).

Shoe fits my pointy foot nicely, but has no arch support. I ordered a 7, which is my size, but there's a half size left over at my heel, and it does feel wide in the toe region. This is very cute and should work for someone without my high arch.
