I am a Haflinger fan and own six pair of clogs. I have plantar fasciitis and can wear only the Haflinger brand of shoes successfully without my orthotics. Haflinger's clogs work great for me.

I ordered the sandals for summertime hoping they would work for me as well as the clogs, but unfortunately they do not. The Oahu is an attractive sandal, but whenever I wear these sandals for any amount of walking during the day, I suffer painful foot cramps at night.

However, they would likely work fine for someone without foot problems.

I just ordered my second pair, so needless to say I like the shoe. They are comfortable and light weight and I see it as a great summer sandal, but I also wear them in winter with sox.
