No, I would not recommend this to a friend
These shoes was worn in a wedding, and the strap would not stay on my foot. All three of us, bridesmaids, ended up swapping the different sizes of our shoes to see if the next size down would stay put.. And gues what.. Nope, that didn't help either.. poor quality.
