An awesome shoe for flat feet. Not very many shoes feel wonderful on flat feet; however, this one does. Also, I have bounions and this shoe is great for those aswell. No break-in time required. I wear a size 9 and was sent (Manufacters recommendation) a 39 Euro. Order at least a 1/2 size larger. A 40 Euro size was perfect, otherwise your toes will hit the end of the shoe and your toes will be sore.

This is my second pair of Memphisto Helen sandals - and I liked the regular leather better than the patent leather straps. Otherwise, a great pair of sandals that you can walk in all day.

I have three pair of Helens, have spent many days traveling in Europe, walking all day sightseeing, climbing up towers, etc., in them...I can wear them all day and my feet never get tired or hurt. They have great support and are so comfortable. I am in my mid-60's.

I bought a pair of these last year on sale. I wasn't enthusiastic, because I don't like anything between my toes as a rule, but I wear size 42 and thus can't be picky. The minute I got them, I started wearing them all the time. The first pair was pink, so I could wear them with dressier clothes, but I also wore them to the beach. They're very durable and comfortable. They also stay on your feet pretty well, which can be a problem with backless shoes. I knew I'd be buying another pair this year, and probably next.

This is the best sandal that Mephesto makes. I now have 10 pair in all different colors! I absoutely love this sandal, you can wear them all day with awesome support and your feet don't hurt. I have knee and feet pain but NONE when I wear these sandals! Buy them you won't be sorry.

I just purchased my third pair of this shoe. It is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. With daily wear my first pair lasted four summers. I even wear as a house shoe because they are so comfortable. A little pricey but worth it! They run small- I normally wear an 8 but in this shoe I wear a 39(9).

Excellent slip-on sandal and a dressier alternative to the ubiquitous flipflop (which makes it great for travel but still comfortable). They seem to run slightly large. The size conversion chart recommended a 37 as I generally wear a 6.5 in flats but it was too big - the 36 fits just right. I have been buying this model for 4 years and every summer I keep coming back to it. This is also great for those of us who cannot wear Birkenstocks due to their ginormous width and the fact that they only come in whole sizes.
