You have to tie the ribbon extremely tight or else the shoe does not stay on your foot well. Therefore, it takes some getting used to, but once you know what the best method of keeping it on is, they are comfortable and adorable. I was perfectly comfortable dancing in them for hours.

This a beautiful shoe for a wedding or special occassion but it seems to run about 1/2 size to big and is also on the wide side. The heel heighth is good, not too high but still high enough that it does not look clunky.
The sparkly bit around the ankle actually ties so is not that secure. Not sure how they will be for along night of standing but they look good on.
