Because I have peripherial neuropathy my feet cause me nearly constant pain. I am unable to have the bed linens touch my feet at night because the pain becomes so severe. I have previous owned this shoe for 5 years. I almost wear it every day, even in the winter with socks. It still looks as good as new. Absolutely the most comfortable shoe you will ever put on. Lots of support aswell as goo looking. I wear it to work with skirts and dresses as well as with pants. It works for them all. You will not regret buying this one.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I like them for home and for traveling and shopping. They look stylish and are extremely comfortable. I have narrow feet and this is one European shoe that I can wear because of the adjustable straps.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I walked in them when I was training for a walkathon and never had a blister,pain or anything. Idon'tknow when they are worn out. I own about 7 pairs of Ecco shoes and love them all.

I wear my Cosmos year round; barefoot in summer, and with socks in the winter. I have very bad feet, and these are the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. With the velcro straps I can adjust them to fit my feet, and the well-cushioned sole provides comfoft when walking. I even put them through the washing machine, with no adverse effects. I buy a new pair once a year and wear them for special occasions, with the old ones for everyday use. I hope Ecco continues to make them.

I have had the Cosmo sandal before and have worn them out. We travel a lot and they have been the best. Most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. Wouldn't travel with any other shoe. I wear them year round (when weather permits) I just put on a pair of socks with them. [...]. Best prices also. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for my Cosmo's. Thank again.

This is a young shoe for the older lady.
Works well with bunions, neuromas and generally feet that
need a break.

This is my second pair and I have literally worn them out. I walk, jog, and even hike through mountains and streams in them. My ALL-TIME favorite shoes.
For the first time in ages I can put of shoes and feel comfortable all day long. My knees don't bother me. I have told many about this shoe. I love it. I have my life back. Thank You Ecco.

I bought the first pair of Ecco's Cosmo sandals for a trip to Europe, and I couldn't have been happier with them. Women on the tour asked me about them because I was one of the very few who had shoes that were not a problem. Ecco's Cosmos are light weight yet provide great support and unbelievable comfort. With totally adjustable straps, they suit a variety of foot types. I've had three pairs now and will continue to purchase them when I need another pair. I'm also delighted to see they come in a variety of colors. Oddly enough, they don't look too stylish in their picture, but they are quite good looking on my feet. This sandal is more than a sandal to me: it's my favorite shoe of all time.
