I?m a former college football player and a large framed guy with very bad Achilles tendons. I need a shoe, that absorbs shock but also gives good support. They are great looking, but they are way too squishy and provides very little lateral support. I supinate and just rolled over the sides. The footbed is also made of a faux suede-like material, which was a bit slippery. Sadly had to return them.
