Keen made a great version of the already great Newport. The hemp is great looking. It is not quite as comfortable as other newport models the second you put it on . . . you will notice that the footbed is different - it is hemp I believe. However, in short order they break in and feel great. Better than other newports in fact.
I have got many positive comments on these!
Downsides would be that they are not as waterproof as normal newports. However, I think they will stand up to plenty. Just not as good of a water sandal.

I have a wide foot & high arch & these shoes feel very comfortable. Good for walking the dog, hiking in the woods or running to the mall.
My feet are supported & stay cool.
Nice shoes but too long.
