I was looking for sandals that felt like sandals but protected my feet since I am a diabetic. the La Jolla does it all and is very comfortable with or without socks. I also like the solid toe protection

A terrific sandal! Comfy yet tough... I can put in a 12 hour day and the only thing that does'nt ache at the end of it all is my feet! Highly recommended!
