This show is light weight but great traction and protects the foot when running. It breathable and prevent feet from getting too hot when running. I also wear these to boot camp and body pump they feel great on the floor and step.

I use the shoes for city walking. It has very good shock absorbing quality and I can walk in them for hours without any discomfort.

using it for everyday use. Bought for my daughter for school. She loves the look and says they are quite comfortable. Was very happy that the shoe was offered in 1/2 sizes.
