I like using these shoes for 5k's, 10k's. There perfectly light weight, actually wieghing less than my track distance spikes. I don't regret paying for these light weight trainers. Plus the deep red colors make them flashy, a perfect standout. On the heel they say " kiss this!", how awsome.
