This is a great insole if you have medium to high arches. If you're like me and have low to flat arches than its not going to feel comfortable on your running or gym shoes, yet I found it fit well with my dress and other non-athletic shoes. The thing is that the impact of your low arch when running feels hard on it, yet it is just fine and comfortable on other shoes or when your not running.

With these insoles, even the cheapest sneakers feel great.
I work, on my feet ten hours a day, on hard cement floors. I move these from one pair of shoes to another. They are not only comfortable, but they are very durable and long lasting. Much better than the spongy ones sold in shoe stores and drug stores. These give you REAL arch support.

My podiatrist recommended the blue Superfeet for plantar fasciitis which I also use, but wanted to try the green because of a little more cushioning in the heel. I found the green to be very comfortable and bought two more pair for my other shoes. They are so much better than the standard insoles that come with shoes today. The only drawback is that they can be warm. Definitely recommend Superfeet for good arch support.

I put superfeet in my running shoes and it makes a huge difference! These are a must for anyone, whether you have foot problems or want to avoid them down the road. I found in the past, when I would run, my arches would hurt a bit. Didn't feel like I was getting enough support. Then I tried superfeet and I have no problems. They fit easily in the shoe and are really supportive.

I jog about 3 times a week, hike on the weekends and sometimes train for a marathon. I've often overdone it and end up with mild planter-faciatis which heals itself usually. This last case didn't heal on its own over an entire year of reduced milage. I put a pair of superfeet in my running shoes, another pair in my daily work shoes, a pair of Birkenstock blue foot beds in my hiking shoes, and wear crocks as household slippers and I'm almost 100% now. I really love the superfeet (green). The profile of the arch works really well for me. I feel the support point not in the tender part of my arch but a little more towards my heal. It really does keep my entire foot from turning in/fattening out and straining that poor plantar facia.

My podiatrist recommended Superfeet Insoles because I suffer from plantar fasciitis, so I thought I would give them a try. I have them in all my shoes that I wear on a regular basis, and I love them! The only thing I recommend, is you have shoes with a deep footbed so the insole will fit. I would recommend these to all who are looking for an insole that gives you great stability and support.

The superfeet insoles were recommended by my orthopaedic doctor! I used the 'pink' insole supports for last 6 months and they have been great! Decided to try 'green' insoles as they are more supportive. I never had the breaking in time that some people require to wear them. Just put them in my shoes and have worn them ever since. These insoles have provided great relief for my flat feet and fallen arches. I have just ordered two more pair so I don't have to keep changing them to different shoes!

Now that its healed, I use them in most of my footware so I can stay active. I recently supplied my son with a pair, hes athletic and outdoors a great deal, hes also flat footed, he says they give him a feeling of spring in his feet! Of the other insoles I have tried, none keep their shape as well as these.

FIT TIP 101: Take out your current insoles, flip them over, line the flat side up heel to heel with the flat side of the Superfeet insole, and use it as a guide to accurately cut the Superfeet toe to fit.

FIT TIP 102: One of the most common complaints about Superfeet is that the arch does not hit exactly where the highest part of the arch is on the foot. This is intentional and here's why: Superfeet are intended to reduce the amount of movement in the foot and heel, thus decreasing foot fatigue and strain. If the arch support hits the arch at the beginning of the stepping motion, it is preventing the rolling over at the height of the arch and the ball of the foot. It might take a week to get used to this, because most shoes do not apply this same theory in their construction.

Superfeet are a great way to prevent serious foot problems like plantar fasciitis. They were developed by podiatrists as an "orthotic for the average person," and can easily be trimmed to fit most athletic and casual shoes. If you experience heel pain, especially in the mornings, try putting the Superfeet in your slippers, casual, and athletic shoes and try to avoid walking around barefoot. Might save you a doctor visit.
