I bought these sandals for Mexico/Southern CA vacation. I have narrow feet and the adjustments on this sandal worked for me. I used the sandals for walking (pavement, beach and hiking), boating and casual bike riding.

I bought this same sandal a couple of years ago - I actually just use it for everyday use, but do go in the water with it too. It's very comfortable and durable. I just got the second pair in case I can't find it anywhere again ( has happened to me before with shoes that i love)

These shoes have a very comfortable insole that is kind to tender feet and good traction on the bottom. They can be worn with casual clothing - such as shorts, or dressed up with a skirt. Adjustable straps help fit my long narrow foot - and make it easy to adjust for differnt widths and make it feel secure on the foot for uneven terrain. I am traveling around the world this summer for sixty six days and tried multiple shoes out for comfort - THESE made the packing list as one of two pair I will be taking.

These sandals felt great right out of the box. The tops of my feet have gotten more sensitive over the years, and I look for shoes that will not irritate my skin. These really fit the bill! They are also supportive, especially for sandals. These have been the most comfortable I've purchased this summer!

The Rugged Leather 2 Teva Sandals are extremely comfortable. They have adjustable straps with velcro, and I was able to adjust them to fit perfectly. The bottoms are soft, breathable and control sweating even in Arizona heat. The sole and total structure offers great support and cushioning, yet they don't look clunky. They are my favorite sandals. I wear them for walking, hiking, shopping, travel, casual social activities.

I use leather Tevas sandals for daily use. They give me the support my feet need, they look attractive and wear well. My last pair lasted three years. I know I can take them anywhere whether walking around town, hiking on trails or even in the water. Because they are so lightweight they are perfect for taking in my suitcase whenever I travel.

I am a big Teva fan, I now own four pairs. My only complaint is that they do not make wide width sandals.
That being said, the Pretty Rugged Leather 2 is a very comfortable, well made leather sandal. I like the adjustability of the straps and the moderate arch suuport (although the Terra-Fi 2's are much better as far as arch support). I do wish that the heel strap on these was adjustable though, the regular Pretty Rugged sandal appears to have that feature so I assumed the leather would as well. They are still very comfortable though and I find that I can wear them all day and not even get a blister or chafing. I have noticed that the strap acrossed the ankle is a little stiff at first but it seems to be loosening up a bit with time.
Since I normally wear a 7 Wide and Teva does not have wides I ordered a 7 1/2 and they fit just fine. I think the ankle strap could be a little longer though-since the heel doesn't adjust it would make these a 5 star sandal in my book.
