my husband and i both bought keens for vacation. We did street touring, bamboo rafts, bicycling, museums, airplanes, restaurants and night life.... all in our keens. I got soaked and muddy on a bicycling/rafting trip but just washed my shoes in the river and they were good to go again.... I would say this: I am hooked on the brand and the innersole. My legs may get tired but my feet are happy, happy, happy. If your feet go your day is gone..... I just never have a problem. I bought a pair of tomato Madrids that are like mary janes and a pair of Arroyo . These were the only shoes I took for a 26 day trip: amazing, comfortable & versatile. no regrets!

A great shoe for hiking. The lacing is great for adjusting the tension when hiking.
