I use these shoes when working outside in the yard and garden on our hobby farm, as well as when working in the horse barn and cleaning the pens. They offer excellent support when working on uneven ground or when it is wet or muddy. I absolutely love these shoes and wear them summer and winter. Highly recommend.

I bought these shoes for stablity over rough terrain and for everyday. The pro is that they do provide good stablity. My problem is with the upward curve in the shoe at the ball of my foot. It bothered me. I am used to a more flexible walking shoe which these aren't. I will still use these over rough terrain just not everyday.

Used this shoe in early spring, usually inside the mall with my 2 toddlers , & I couldnt believe that it was comfortable enough during a 5 hour use ,not to mention that it looks fashionably good with just a capri or a denim attire. I got the Pewter/black & I have never been happy w/ this shoe purchase. It was worth it!

Runs narrow and short!

Cons:

Bottom Line:

The biggest problem with this shoe is that it runs narrow and fits tight for the correct size and is also short in length. It's also has more weight than a lot of other shoes I've tried. The problem is there are just not too many women shoes made in Gore-Tex to keep feet dry.

I bought these boots for hiking around NZ and so far have tested them out around some boulder laden trails around home. They are fantastic! It took me forever to find a brand of hiking shoes that fit me as my heel always slid out no matter the size. Merrell is the only brand that has fit me straightaway and they are super comfortable!

Wow, what a great shoe! I love to walk and hike and these shoes work great even in wet conditions. However, when I ordered these I thought they would be a non-tie pair of shoes like my other Chameleons, with the adjustable elastic cord lacing system I own, but they aren't. It didn't state in the product overview these were a pair of Chameleons that had to be laced up and tied. If that is a drawback then it's the only one. These are super comfortable and waterproof! Fit very true to size and width! Just wish they had the adjustable elastic cord lacing system!

I needed a shoe to do daily walks with my dogs, and was so tired of wet feet from wet grass. This shoe fits well, provides great support and is nice and lightweight! Looks like I'll be buying more Merrells for other needs too. My husband has 2 different styles of Merrells and loves them both.
