I purchased these boots for fun in the snow & I love them. They keep my feet warm, they are very comfortable, they have great traction on slick ground, my feet stayed dry even when the snow went up over the top of the boots. I'm very pleased with these boots. I did wear two pairs of socks, but am impressed with how warm my feet were as I don't do cold feet!

These boots are totally waterproof, and very comfortable right out of the box. I wear them hiking, and think I will try them with snowshoes this winter. Merrell makes great shoes!
