A mesh lining in the heel focuses on moisture wicking, while the forefoot is unlined for water drainage. The rubber outsole maintains a high-friction grip, for in and out of the water adventures. Please note this style runs small, we recommend that you select a 1/2 size larger than normal. The Bodega is very comfortable and super light-weight. My toes get damp easily (in wet grass) but then dry very quickly. The traction is good for just about any terrain. This is a good travel shoe because of the weight, easy on/off, and ability to use them for many activities. I have the moonrock (red and grey) and get compliments from strangers when I wear them.
