I really liked this shoe, but it was too narrow for me. The only width available was medium, however, I thought I'd try to see if I could wear it, as sometimes shoes are a little wider than indicated. This one was true to width. My loss. If you are looking for a shoe with cool air panels on the sides that would drain water very well, this shoe has it. Hopefully, someone will come out with a wider version of this shoe; I'd definately buy it.
At last I think I have found a shoe that meets up to all of my standards. The “Columbia Aqua tooth.” I have owned many sport shoes in my life time but up to now I was never quite satisfied. I bought a pair of Aquatooth while shopping with my wife last summer. The shoe is light weight, very durable and I can slip them on and off with ease. They have a strong net like material inserted in the spaces you would find material but it does not appear to be netting. This gives them style appearance with the ability to ventilate the feet. They are about the most comfortable shoes I have ever
owned. I can wear them anywhere and the traction is unbelievable. You can get them totally wet and they are dry again in no time. This design crosses style with multi applications. You can wear them just about anywhere. I wore my pair all summer and they held up so well I can still wear them with pride. I bought a second pair this summer as a back up because I don’t want to be caught without this shoe. I really like my Columbia Aquatooth!
