The only reason I cannot give it a 5 rating is because it is a very warm shoe and does not breath well. With my white cotton socks they fee snug and too hot driving. Maybe I will try a 1/2 size larger.

I bought these shoes for my husband. He has diabetices and his feet swell and hurt. He has found the shoes to be very comfortable. I got him the wide width so when his feet swell they do not feel to tight. I will be ordering him another pair but a 1/2 size larger to provide a little more additional room.
He hasn't worn them long enough to comment on how durable they are but so far they are holding up good.

i had a orthoscopic knee surgery ..with full replacement recomended..went threw a series of steroid shotts in my left knee to avoid the surgery...until i started wearing almost entirely merrel jungle mocs..they provide stability and also cushion from the shock of walking on hard surfaces ...if i go more than one day wearing anything other than the jungle mocs i start to have the recurring pain...i also have bought several pairs and given to my friends with similar problems..i own several pairs of all the colors as you can see by my sales records...if only merrel had a better selection of wide sizes

I love this shoe. This is all I have worn (other than sandals) for nearly 10 years. I own several colors. I wear them to the office and to play. They are comfortable on my feet all day, or sitting ot the desk all day. They look good with slacks or jeans. I wear my old mocs to work around the yard.

These Merrell "Jungle Mocs" are the only "slip on" style shoes I've ever been able to wear. Other brands feel like they are going to come off after they stretch. These shoes are very light yet they offer firm support from a well designed sole. The feel is like a good pair of tennis shoes, but they are more attractive and even suitable for work. I now have three models: the black suede, the hemp, and the mahogany leather. My next pair will be the black leather. I love these shoes.

The Merrell Jungle Moc has been my favorite all-purpose footgear for years now. There are few other casual shoes that work so well in so many settings. Great for sprucing up jeans and other casual outfits without being overly dressy, yet dressy enough to squeak by with a pair of slacks. I prefer the suede version -- they seem a bit more casual than the smooth leather, and have more of a unique look. The smooth leather somehow looks more nondescript to me.
These are the classics that started a revolution in casual/outdoor footwear fashion fusion (hee!). Everybody's tried to knock them off, and I've tried some cheaper off-brands, but keep coming back to the originals. I hope Merrell never discontinues this model!

I got these for my husband because they came in wide. I have purchased Merrells in the past for myself, so I thought he could try them. He wears tennis shoes ALL the time, and is very picky about the comfort of shoes. I wanted something that looked a little nicer, but was still comfortable for him.
At first sight, he didn't think they looked as comfortable as his tennies, but after wearing them for a couple days, he loved them! He also loves the fact that he can slip them on and doesn't have to tie his shoes. The only (minor) complaint I have is that the orange inside turned his socks orange the first time he wore them.
They fit his wide foot, are very comfortable, and look great, too! I'll definitely be back for more!

This shoe is perfect for diabetics. It gives you a comfortable insole, and the choice of widths is very important. A good shoe that can be worn daily for up to 5 months.

In my opinion, the Jungle Moc is the best all-around shoe ever made. I have been wearing them exclusively since 1999. They fit like a sock. They are light and comfortable. They wear well. They look good on the trail or in the office. It's a slip on, that never slips off.
I am a one-pair-of-shoes kinda guy. I have worn a single pair of Mocs for TWO YEARS around the house, at my job in a bank office, in the yard, on the trail, on the boat.
The only problem, they are getting hard to find. I am happy to have found OnlineShoes.Com for my new pair.
