One of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I would buy this shoe from Merrel again. The first time I put the shoe on, it felt like it was already broken in. Since I live near the Rocky Mountains, I use it for hiking, walking and running. Great traction and my feet never hurt. I recommend highly. Get it now!!!
Not as good as Chameleon II, by far.

I have worn the Chameleon II's for years and found out they were going faze them out to replace them with these. So, I tried them, not good. Most uncomfortable shoes I have ever had.

I love Merrell's, but all the others are waterproof and hot in the warmer months. This is perfect - worn with shorts, jeans, pants, everything. So comfortable and cooler because my feet can breathe! I can put them on without worrying about tying them too, which is perfect for me. I am a volunteer firefighter and don't have time to tie shoes when a call comes in in the middle of the night. Highly recommend these shoes.

The Merrell Chameleons make my day. I have the Chameleon Wrap, , the Chameleon II Travel and just received the Chameleon II Stretch all of which are great fit.
The Chameleon Hex felt a half size too long and narrow. I have returned them for exchange, not return.
With ongoing plantar faciatus, I tried shots and then Merrells. The Merrells make my feet feel great. I wear a pair every day. I also have the Throttle Moc , thongs and Jungle but the Chameleons are tops.
Might say I have stock in Merrell.

These shoes feel great on the trails and very durable,Your feet do not get sweaty because they are well vented, but not water proof
but dry out quickly.

A friend recommended I give the Chameleon Hex a try. It just so happens that we share the same size shoe and after wearing his for 5 minutes, I was sold. I ordered a pair that very day.

So far so good - a half size too big; though I hear with slip-ons vs. tie you need to drop a half size (now I know).
Wonderful- feel-good shoe !!!

My teenage son uses this shoe for school and weekend activities with friends. His foot is wide, but I order this in the regular width. These Merrell shoes last an entire school year and go into at least half of the next school year. So, I consider them a bargain. They do not wear down easily at all. Very, very durable.
