These shoes, Esp the Chameleon II's that they no longer make were the cat's meow. I have bad feet and work construction all day, they were the only shoes that once broke in never hurt my feet. First 2 pairs I got lasted FOREVER. Then Wolverine bought out Merrell, cancelled my favorite shoe and changed to sub par wolverine quality.
I still buy these for the comfort, but they barely last me 4-6 month's now, and even had a pair blow out the first day doing some yardwork around the house involving a shovel.
They replaced them, with a pair that lasted a whole 2 months before the sole blew out on them. Sad really

I wear these shoes everyday and they are so comfortable. The only detraction is the length of the shoe strings. They are so long they sometimes catch on things.

My husband love it when he got the pair of shoes for his birthday and he loves to use them daily hiking with me daily. I think that the shoes is wonderful to use if you are a hiker. I strongly recommend to any one who are outdoor adventurer.

I really like this shoe, but am disappointed with the soles durability... It separated on the bottom and tore after about 40 miles of trail hiking.
