I love these shoes! These are the most comfortable and durable shoes for general day use and day hiking. I've had a pair for two years and they've maintained their structure: no tears, no broken seams. Super nice!

I wear them daily to work on the mountain behind my house building a massive waterfall and supportive landscaping. Their traction is superb, their comfort lasts all day. When I take a break to go hiking in Joshua Tree National Park the consistency is there. No break-in time was required. I have purchased another pair for future use. I usually go through a pair of hiking shoes every six months. Merrell is the best brand out there. I have been hiking and backpacking since the mid-1960's. Merrell takes the worry out of comfort ,versatility,and durability.

Super comfortable, great for daily wear. Have been buying Merrell for work and play for 4 years. Have never purchased a bad pair yet. Went hiking in this pair with no break in period. 28 miles later, my feet were thanking me!
