I have Plantar Fasciitis. I put my supports in these shoes and was off. My first hike was an 8 miler in lots of steep, muddy terrain. The shoes felt fine from beginning to end. My feet were warm, comfortable and dry!

These puppies broke in readily and transfer from hard concrete to off-road seamlessly. They offer awesome comfort and protection without being too hot or heavy. I couldn't imagine a more loverly arch support.
