Outstanding dry and warm boot. Absolutely no break-in required! Great for cold wet weather. They aren't climbing boots, but for winter hikes or just getting around town, they are great

These are the best boots I have ever owned for use in cold weather. I bought a pair for snowshoeing and found that they were also very comfortable to wear around town in the mountains. I liked these so much that everyone in my family has now purchased a pair as well.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. A week before Christmas we had a good 4 inch snow. He was getting the kids ready to take out and sled wearing his old running shoes! I said, "You aren't going out in those!" and gave him his boots early. He loves them! He is training for a run the end of January and wears them when the snow covers his running trail.

This is a terrific winter shoe. It's lightweight, comfortable and very warm. I wore Sorels for 20 years and feel this boot is a much better option. The one downside, albeit minor, is that the silver mesh fabric can rip easily if you catch it on something. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone who may be looking for a lightweight, comfortable alternative to clunky winter boots.

I use these boots for everyday winter use, here in the snowy central New York state region. They are lightweight, but warm. The synthetic materials seem to be holding up well against the salt and grit that is used on our roads and parking lots. Salt is tough on leather boots. I have a pair of Keen Newport sandals and the fit seems about the same. My feet are a just little wider than medium and so far the Keen products have provided a nice fit.
