This boot is really comfortable, seems to be reasonably well made and is definitely a great value for the money. Unfortunately, it does not have the removable EVA insoles as advertised. This is a problem for me as my doctor advised me to wear Superfeet insoles due to arch trouble.

I wear nothing but Hi-tec shoes because they are the only shoe that I have found that fit like they are broken in......the moment you put them on. They are also light weight and feel like part of your foot.

After I threw away my old hiking boots due to poison oak affection, I went up a mountain once in my basketball shoes. It was very uncomfortable as I could feel that trail rocks were puncturing through the bottoms of the shoes. The new shoes are great for such purposes, wonderful grip, light and breathable. Above all, it's not too expensive.

I was surprised to find out that such brand is popular among farmers in California's Central Valley. I guess they also make working boots.
