Our household boasts 10 pair of Keen's, both women's and men's. I bought the Copper Canyon pair for my son to wear on a cruise to an island vacation. They were worn on streets, in airports, on deck, on the beach and in the watter, and on day hikes in and around forrests and streets. They were the only shoes he took, and they held up well, as we knew they would.

Very comfortable shoes that have nodules to massge your feet as you walk. Makes you want to where them. Light shoes.

Very lightweight and comfortable shoe. Footbed takes a little getting used to, but not a big deal. Typical of Keen shoes, the construction is very solid despite its light feel. Am using them mostly for casual wear to work and on the weekends for moderate activities. Like the open feel, keeps my feet cool and dry when the weather is on the sweltering side. Would highly recommend.

I use these for slumming on weekends. They're great for those days when it's hot, but need footwear that's more substantial than a regular sandal. No socks needed and they are great for long walks. I probably wouldn't use them on rocky trails.
