I am a person, who has had 5 left ankle surgeries... I've needed something, lightweight, sturdy, warm, waterproof... etc. The "Ice Storm 400 GTX," has all these qualities. I can't say enough about the "Ice Storm 400 GTX." What I like about it the most, is it's "Boa" shoe lacing system. There are no "pressure point's," what-so-ever... with these boots. Meaning: My bad ankle, does not swell up wearing these, with extended use. I like them so much, that when they get their next shipment in, I'll be ordering a second pair. Not to mention, the warmth and waterproof and gripping, that come's with these boots. They are by far, the most comfortable boot's, I have ever owned.
