i have never ordered shoes,mail order or on line.my right foot is a little wider and i was worried about the fit.the right shoe was a little tight for the first 2 or3 walks.now after a few weeks they are perfect.my feet are dry and warm.awesome shoes.i also have fished in fairly heavy rain and kept dry.

Fells half size too small? Everyone except one rated this shoe to be true to size. Perhaps it is not the shoe that makes it feel half size too small, but something else. Have you tried clipping your toenails? It usually helps. LOL

fantastic light maneuverable warm boots you can control on snow, ice in snowshoes or, for hiking. Customer Service was very good..fast exchange and both pair were where they needed to be in time for Christmas

I research Merell and this is my first set...U truly get what you pay for. The Thermo 6 Chameleon is a great shoe. I use the shoe to walk frequently to and from work, trailing ice, asphalt, dirt, gravel, and running water. U can hear the shoes working with its environment by changing its feel. Terrain 6 has held up to the changing terrain, no problem.
Great feel, look and design. I will wear Merrell's from now on.

Bought these for my husband and he loves them. Wears them specifically for hunting and hiking. No need to break in. Walked for several miles over rough terrain the 1st time worn and they were perfect. He hasn't had them long enough to test the longevity but so far they are great.
