I wear them for fishing. They are so comfortable I also wear these shoes for walking around when I visit waterfront communities such as Key West, Florida.
They are the most comfortable water-sport shoes I have found. I can't believe Sperry discontiued this style!

I use these for fishing in streams as well as for float tubing. They fit great with no socks on and stretch enough to wear with my neoprene waders when I float tube.
