I found this shoe to quite comfortable, stable, great support. A good pair of shoes I can wear all day.
My husband - who is extremely hard to fit, loves these boots. He wore his first pair out - but it took him two years (and when I say he is hard on shoes, that is an understatement). He just received his second pair and couldn't wait to start wearing this pair out as well. Thank you for making this wonderful boot, but PLEASE - more styles in wide-widths.
This boot I have had for over a year and they feel great!! I just need to find a place to resoul the boot. But other then that. Great buy for the money.

I had a lot of trouble finding this shoe in a wide. Are you listening Asolo? [...] were the only ones that had it.I have put about 80 miles on these boots since I bought them--most of that has been on long day hikes in state parks. No break in period. No rubbing. Asolo have traditionally had a very narrow cut as it is with so many other European boots and shoes, so it is nice to see them offering more wide versions of their boots for the American and Japanese markets. Hopefully the distribution of these sizes will also increase in the future.I think the top eyelets (?) leaned a bit too much toward style rather than functionality. I like a boot that I can lace and unlace quickly and easily without thinking about it. That being said, once they are laced up, I haven't had any problems.It would be nice if they were about $25.00 cheaper, but I am very pleased with my purchase!
