Right out of the box these shoes feel broken in. Put them on and wore them for a 12 hour shift as a nurse with no rubbing or chafing. Great "snuggability" with the laces to the toes. The only mild annoyance was getting stopped all the time and being asked about them.

Typical of Merrell, this product exudes quality. The styling is a little bold but fits a casual life style and is great for long walks or light jogging.

This shoes has been a great shoe for work until I think I broke the sole by putting a shovel to earth repeatedly with my shoe. They have not felt right since the event. (Not Advisible) Also, they clean up easy but the only down fall is they loss there flare, yes we are talking about the TGIF flare, the little rubber circles that run on the sides of the shoe.
