I bought these shoes in green for my Second grader. She needed sneakers, but didn't want running shoes. They are very comfortable even though she can sometimes wear a wide shoe. The top velcro fastener "squeezes" the top of her foot a little, but should ease up with wear. The green color goes with everything, but because the color is on the lighter side, they do show scuffs and dirt from the playground. I have always washed suede shoes in the washer, so I plan on the same treatment for these. I would definitely buy another pair.

These shoes are perfect for everyday wear. My daughter has PE every day this year and must wear sneakers. These shoes are versatile enough for her to wear with a dress, shorts, pants, etc.

I bought these shoes for my daughter and they are absolutely adorable! Way cuter than you can picture from the website. The only cons is that my daughter has a bit of a wide foot so she probably won't get as much wear from them as a child with a narrower foot might. Also, they are nubuck, so if you have a child that puts a lot of wear and tear on shoes they probably shouldn't be wearing these for anything to "down & dirty" They are great for school and light play and look cute with everything even dresses!

My daughter is very very difficult to buy shoes for. She is 5 with a narrow foot and heel and likes everything tight. These shoes hug her feet. They look great, something a mom and a kid can agree on.
Wow, this is real nice. Just like the pictures. My daughter loved it. She is 5 and it is easy for her to put on. I would buy this again.

Very comfortable & trendy shoe. My niece, whom I bought the shoes for, absolutely loves them. She wears them with nearly all her outfits. She's only upset that she's not allowed wear them with her school uniform! None of her friends have anything remotely like them so she feels really unique. She lives in Ireland & I sent them home from US as a gift. She says her friends are "all envious of her cool shoes" I'm delighted she loves them so much 'cos now I'm "the coolest Aunt in the world"

My daughter LOVES these shoes. I bought them to wear on a trip to Italy. She never takes them off. Great for gym class too! Easy on and off for a girl on the go!

These are cute shoes that I bought for my daughter for school. She wears them with casual dresses and capris. They also work fine for P.E. class.

My daughter wants to wear sneakers with her uniform to school, I personally think it looks tacky! We have made great comprimises on the shoe front-but I have o say the merrill is always a faorite and looks great with everything!
