I bought these heelys for my nephew for his birthday and they fit him snug, he is a size 13 so I got him a size 13 in boys. When he tried them on they didn't fit him right, but he was trying to persuade me not to exchange them. He was upset that I had to get a size bigger. Luckily Online shoes was great with their exchanges and I got a new pair in less than a week.
Now he has a size 1 and they fit him great with a little room to spare. I would recommend a size bigger just to be on the safe side. I am not saying they run small, but the size bigger helped out a great deal.

My kids love this shoe - the sizing is good, it is a really stable shoe and the laces make it easy to tie tightly for little fingers.
