In 2010, the Blue Ridge Parkway that traverses our city will have been a destination for millions of visitors for 75 years. The celebration in VA started on October 10, 2008 and our two grandchildren, both Scouts, helped our Governor, Tim Kaine, kick off the celebration. The footwear of choice to go along with Scout uniforms and a photo with the governor, the Merrell, Chameleon boots.

My Ten year old son Loves thse boots for playing outdoors. They are warm, comfortable and keep his feet dry. They also offer great arch support. We LOVE Merrell footwear !! I would definitely buy more shoes and boots. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My 10 year old son only likes to wear Merrills because they are so comfortable. I was glad to see these boots available for him to wear when the weather gets cold and snowy. He love the comfort of these boots and prefers to wear them now. This is a great shoe

I bought this boot for my boys, even though I hated spending this much for these boots as fast as they grow out of them, but I love Merrell, and I know they will be comfortable and durable for them. The main reason I purchased these boots, was how they fasten by pulling to tighten instead of tieing. Both my boys, ages 9 and 6 hate to tie their shoes, and this was the only boot that I found that didn't tie. They do seem a little stiff to get on and off, but my 6 year old can do it himself with a little struggle - so hopefully they will loosen and break in as they wear them. They will be great for school because they aren't bulky and they can run and play in them when the weather is bad. I would definately recommend these boots!
