Excellent shoes for children. My girls were going through shoes like children do. I bought Dansko's for myself while in Nursing school and loved them. I learned that Dankso made a child's shoe and bought the red patent leather for my girls. The girls love them and they stand up to the wear and tear children put on shoes. Well worth the money when you consider buying shoes every 2 months adds up. Kids will out grow these before they out wear them. These are a versatile shoe, they can be worn with uniforms or jeans. We have got a lot of miles out of two pairs red patent leather Dansko's. Don't save them make the kids put them on and wear them. No more hurting feet no more dangling shoe laces. Love them. Would love to see some pinks and purples and pretty colors though most of the colors made are unisex. Girls want pretty. Little boy like the browns and the black.
