This is a nice shoe, but it is very stiff on the foot, especially below the toes, where it tended to dig in when I walked. It's well made, but not practical.

I ordered a wide , as Sofft shoes tend to run a little narrow for me. This shoe was still too small. Not sure another 1/2 size up would fit either. Very pretty, but not sure that they sized this one correctly.

The heel slipped very badly in these shoes. If I went down a size they would be too small yet when I tried to walk in these the shoes would practically fall off. They are also a lot more pointy than they look in the picture. I give it thumbs down.

I was so excited to see the new line of Sofft shoes for fall. I ordered 3 pairs! I recieved my first pair today, navy Teagan pump. The color is beauiful. the style fabulous. They run so small! I have 5 other pairs of sofft shoes and I have never had this problem before. I am not sure if they are 1/2 size small or maybe a full size. I always a 7, never a 7 1/2. I am frustrated. Just got email that the other two styles I ordered shipped today. I bet they run small as well. Bummer! But your policy is great and I will reorder. They will be the stable of my fall wardobe. I will re-post after I recieve new size. I wear my other Sofft shoes every day, all day with not a problem. Even with the 4" heel. Great way to be fashionable in heels at 52!
