I wear these to work for 12 hours a day and they are great! I'm on my second pair. If you are going to use them heavily like I do for work, I suggest polishing them once a week to keep the leather in good condition. Thanks to the cute style I can wear skirts to work. I work in retail and stand all day so I know these shoes are comfortable.

Very disappointed in these Earth shoes. They were so stiff and uncomfortable. I have had Earth shoes before that were great right out of the box. These were not! They are going right back

Working in multple hospitals has me on my feet CONSTANTLY. I need comfy shoes that help the rest of my body feel good throughout and at the end of the day. These shoes do seem to do what they say they will do for the back, but I notice my knees hurting more often now and I can only assume that's from them "locking out" because of the negative heal. I have to focus on not letting my knees go all the way back when setting my heal down to walk. Also, don't try to speed walk or run to get to that meeting on time!! Though attempting to do so will get you some killer calves.

As with all other Earth shoes, this style provides comfort and character. I ahve never been disappointed with Earth shoes. This pair provides a cushioned achilles area and an adjustable strap across the instep. Highly recommended.
