The Courtney is my choice for my dress and skirt wear to work. Being on my feet all day they are wonderful to my feet and very stylish more feminine for my dresses than the Professional which are wonderful but the Courtney is great. They are comfortable and my feet feel so good!

Great shoe for work. I work in the airline industry and I have tried all kinds of shoes, but Dansko's have been the all time best. All the Flight Attendants wear them. Thank you so much for such a wonderful, comfortable and stylish shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable when you have to do a lot of walking. However when I had to stand still for 3 hours the bottom of my feet did begin to hurt.
They are true to fit but are much more comfortable with thinner socks or support hose.
They are the most comfortable nursing shoes I have ever worn for work, and Danskos in general are worth the money
I work long hours standing on hard floors with a lead jacket on and my knees and feet hurt nat the end of the day. The first day in these I worked 15 hours and no knee or foot pain. I love them and they are cute!
If you need a shoe that you can walk in all day in comfort...Dansko is for you....always true to size ....always good looking

Cute shoe! I even wear this shoe to work on occasion. I am a nurse that works very long shifts and this shoe with stands the test and I do not have tired hurting feet at the end of the long day on my feet!

The coutney style danskos are great for me as a bartender. If I wear sneakers my back hurts so having these shoes is a savior for comfort. They look pretty cute too. So even if I'm running out the door I throw them on. The toes are kinda wide so sometimes you feel like you have duck feet but other than that they are a great investment if your in the hospitality business.

I wear this almost everyday for work, and while they are comfortable (there really was no break-in time), they are too wide. The velcro is not long enough to properly attach, so my feet don't feel really secure, and a couple of times it has come undone and one of my shoes will fall off. I like to wear cute striped socks with them for work and I get tons of compliments. I just wish they would make it in narrow or improve the velcro fastener.

I'm a Dansko fan and have several in this style, but this is my first in the cute two-tone. Would like to buy more when available in my size! With the removable insole, these easily accommodate orthotics, are comfortable all day, and are fun to wear. The adjustable strap gives you a custom fit. Great shoes for my fallen arches!
I have very flat, very wide feet. My Dankso Calla's are very comfortable for work, although one size too big (so I wear 2 pairs of socks). I purchased the Courtney because it's from the Next Gen line. I bought a size 40 since I normally wear a 9.5-10 depending on the shoe. While it is very comfortable and easy to walk in, I feel it's a little too narrow for my foot. I think they do need a few days to "break it", whereas my Callas didn't. The arch support is very comfortable and the shoe is very attractive.

This is a great shoe for nurses especially those on their feet for those gruelling 12 hour shifts. I have very high arches and these shoes support my feet and arches for 14 hours at a time. The shoe is a little wider and has extra room so it really is still comfortable at the end of the day when your foot has expanded. I couldn't work these ridiculous hours without this kind of shoe.

I am a nurse, and work 12 hour shifts, so I need a shoe that is going to stand up to the long hours. Danskos have always been my first choice for work shoes. The Courtney style does take a day or 2 to break in, but after that, they are awesome! The only issue I have is that the sole turns a yucky yellowish color very fast, and there is no way that I know of to get rid of it!
These are the nicest fitting and comfortable Danskos I've owned yet.I have Plantar facitis in my heel and I wear these all the time to keep the pain away.

I just had plantar fascia surgery and this shoe has been a blessing. Just the right amount of support and comfort. I can't wear most Dansko shoes because they are either too hard or the arch too high. Courtney has arch support--but not too much, and it's a bit softer. Great for standing and walking. The oiled leather takes rain and dirt well. I will buy other Danskos in the Next Generaton series.

I am an on-the-go mom of 2 toddlers. I was looking for a shoe that would be comfortable and allow me to still look chic/fashionable while chasing after my kids -- without going the old sneaker route. These Dansko's are comfortable and classic with their stylish & sporty take on the mary jane style. The only con (hence the 4 stars rather than 5) is that they feel wide in the toe box -- I typically wear "normal" medium width size, not narrow shoes, but these Dansko's seem wide (I always wear socks with these Dansko Courtney's). All in all, I find them comfortable and fun to wear with their sporty look. (I purchased the Jeans Nubuck color - absolutely love the color and feel of the nubuck too. -- And, despite their wider toebox, I still like these shoes and have just ordered a 2nd pair in the red Poppy Nubuck too!!!)

I bought this shoe to take on a trip. I wore it more then any other shoe and was delighted with its comfort and the way I felt stable on my feet when walking or climbing stairs. I love the look of it as well.

I have this model in Black also, and the black are so much more comfortable; My black ones made me buy the red, but for some reason they are no where nearly as comfortable.

This is my fourth pair of Dansko brand shoes and my favorite of them all so far. I absolutely love these! They are super comfy and fit great. The nubuck is not something I would recommend for wet weather and it can scuff easily. They slip on nicely and are secure with velcro making them great for travel. I am already looking forward to buying another pair in a different color!

Loved the shoes. Didn't love the blisters. Solid shoe, very stable, but no give on the sides. Really wish I could wear them!

I've had back surgery and am prone to stress fractures on my right foot. I also have arthritis. These shoes are great! A lot of nurses ask about my shoes and where they can find Danskos. Work with orthotics too.

They did require a little breaking in, but are holding on to Dansko's reputation. So cute, go well with anything, jeans, cropped pants, work wear.

I love Dansko shoes but the Courtney was not the Dansko shoe for me. They look so cute but when I got them they felt way too big and extremely wide. I returned these shoes and got the Dankso Pita (in a second color) instead. I could have tried a size smaller, but I still feel like the width would not have been correct.

I was disappointed with this shoe. I had hoped to wear it with a skirt while still being able to walk long distances while sightseeing. Instead, I found it heavy and causing blisters after I wore it the first time. Also, the weight and bulkiness made it difficult cart around in my suitcase.
