No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I really wanted the shoe to work because who doesn't want a poppy shoe to ring in spring. Unfortunately the 7.5 I originally order was way too big. I exchanged it for the 7, which was too small. Additionally, the top of the toe area isn't high enough not to squish the toes. Better luck to you should you try them.
