More stable than Doc's. [...] Very pleased with comfort and look. No break in time required.
They did not take long to get here and when they did I was impressed. They were just as I expected them to be.
definately not a hiking boot but a great casual boot. Looks great with jeans and kakis
Nicely built boot, comfortable right out of the box. Reasonable arch support. A bit soft underfoot for rocky or uneven surfaces. For work in the field you probably want a boot with a steel shank. For walking an urban trail (gravel, mud, grass, roots) with your dog/kids, this is a good choice. Or for days it snows lightly and melts the water resistant leather is good. The tongue is gusseted on the bottom 2/3 which keeps the guck out.
These are not meant to replace a construction worker boot, but then they are lots lighter on the foot too.
