Birks are the most comfy shoes, but have always been a bit too plain. I love the Gizeh jewerly. I can wear them to work now. Be sure to use the cork protector paste, it will prolong the life of the shoe. Also never, never, never walk in water with them.

The shoe itself is wonderful as to be expected from Birkenstock! Except the jewels. I wore these sandles on my vacation. I walked on the sandy beaches but not in the water. They did however get wet in the rain. By the end of my two week vacation the jewels on one of the sandles had fallen out of the setting and the metal settings had corroded. I'm so disappointed. I had hoped that the new jewels would be a nice stylish complement to the already comfortable shoe!

These sandals are so cute! At first these sandals were stiff and uncomfortable but after a few wearings I love them. I love birkenstock sandals. These sandals are so comfy!
