These shoes would have been great, except that Trotters seems to run slightly narrow. I wear x-wide and since that is the widest version that Trotters makes (and these aren't quite x-wide), I have to return these shoes.
Otherwise, these are very attractive shoes and the criss-cross straps hold the shoe on the foot well.

These shoes are stylish and hold on to the feet so frees me to dance with abandon. NOt easy to find wide shoes that are stylish.
Not easy to find shoes that hold on (except mary janes)
Heel height is perfect, even though I wish I could handle/walk in higher heels, seems impossible with ankle fusion! Give these a try if you are foot challenged like me.

I have a high instep and this style is perfect. The straps are flexible. Having worn this shoe for 3 yrs. now, I find it's time to buy another
pair just like it! I've recently received the "Babs" style from Trotter.
This style "Jamie" is my all time favorite.
Please do not discontinue this style.

I can't believe what a true fit this shoe is. Breaking in isn't even necessary. I forget that I had them on all day.

Great comfort and style. Many of my friends choose the trotter pump. Many in my dance class find them great for the cha cha, tango, etc.
When people rave about them (often) other people buy them. Do not change the style, please. Also, bring back the suede as it is so dressy. The new material (maybe cloth) is a little tighter and I take a wider size but I still bought them. The suede and leather have more stretch and are more comfortable.
I have a narrow foot and no arch. As I've aged, my feet have begun to bother me and finding a stylish, comfortable shoe has become increasingly difficult. My former standby brands Naturalizer and Easy Spirit just didn't seem to fit me well or the styles were too bland. This is my first, but not my last, Trotters. I've heard of the brand for years but never owned it before. "Jamie" is a "pump with personality!" It was a bit stiff at first but the fit was right on. After a couple of wearings it is comfy for all day use. I do wear an orthodic and have had no problems using it in this shoe. The style goes to the office and out to dinner. I've just ordered this style in navy and am hoping the 9N in the red becomes available. What a relief to have shoes that LOOK good and FEEL good too. Thanks Trotters!!!

Having had several foot surgeries on my 70 year old diabetic feet, I had dispaired of finding a stylish, feminine shoe and it was time for my grandson's wedding. This was perfect! It is wide enough, the criss-cross straps keep them on my feet, just enough heel to walk safely and flatter the ankles and the pearlized color was dressy and pretty. I have this one now in just about every color they make. Can you tell I like this one?

Lovely Lovely design, but the sizing was not typical so it felt half-size too small and I wish I had known this.

I have a wide foot and this shoe makes my feet appear more narrow than they are. I have always had trouble finding shoes to fit properly. I usually need a shoe that ties or has a strap and most tie shoes are not very stylish. These shoes are fabulous. I seldom take the time to write reviews, but I hope you never stop manufacturing this shoe. Please keep it on the market because it is truly an outstanding product.
