I bought these in dark burgundy patent at an outlet for 1/3 the cost, 1/2 size up only because mine wasn't available and they fit like a dream. The heel is only 2-1/2", not 4" as noted in product description. If they eventually stretch out, I'll add some gel inserts because they are comfy and the price was so right!!

I am able to walk many city blocks in these heels thanks to the well made, comfortable interior. I love the feminine shape of the heel. Sofft is a great company.

Nice looking shoe for the office, with a little different look than your standard pump. I was interested in the shoe for pants suits, it is attractive, a good height (not to low not too high) and I wanted comfort for all day. The shoe lives up to the look, but I was disappointed that it is a Sofft and still gave me several blisters even when wearing hose (I do that when a shoe is new.) I wear a 9.5 and the 9.5 seems the right size, but at the end of the day I couldn't wait to get them off. Great look, but hopefully the next time I wear them I won't get blisters, hopefully one day has broken them in.

The footbed is comfy, but the heel is stiff and causes blisters. I was surprised at how flexible this patent leather is, but the molded back is not as flexible as the toe part of the material. Also, I thought they would be okay for work, but when I saw them in person, I think they're too flashy for office wear.
Beautiful, stylish shoe. Definitely half size too small--ouch. Can't wear them anywhere that standing is required. Too bad because I love them!

This shoe looks great with both skirts and slacks. Despite the higher heel, it is very comfortable to wear due to the nice paded insole.

I bought this shoe to wear to my daughters christening. The design is also the perfect any type of weather/special occasion shoe. The heel is the perfect height - gives great height without shrinking your calves. The main reason I bought this shoe was because I need comfort. I have bought this brand in the past and have always found their shoes to be very comfortable. However, for me, that was not the case with this particular shoe. The front felt very tight and my toes were being pinched. This was easily fixed by having them stretched at the shoemaker.
The sizing is so inconsistent. The other pair I returned even though they were both marked size 8 the left one was actually 8.5 while the right one fit perfectly. Grrrrrrrrrrr....frustrating especially when ordering on line and have to wait, return, wait, return....

My friend recommened this brand to me. She told me it was the most comfortable shoes, and asked me to try on hers. She has several pairs of the high-heel sandals and wedges! I agreed, so I bought a couple of pairs, but I only wanted pumps. This was the only pair I could find...not suede, open-toe, or boring looking...
I normally wear a size 7. When the shoes arrived, I couldn't even squeeze my feet in them. So, I exchanged for a pair of 7.5. They were still a little tight in the front, but I decided to tough it out. After around three days, they fit perfectly, then they started to stretch out like crazy. Several more days later, the shoes were too BIG!!! Big to the point that I could stick my finger down the back of the heel...
I still wear them all the time, but I have to walk carefully, so the shoes don't come off my feet. I am looking for some kind of insoles to help my feet stay in the shoes.
Very disappointed in the fit! Otherwise, it could be a perfect pair of high heel shoes to run around town in.
P.S. - This pair of shoes do make me look taller because people have been asking me why I looked taller every time I wore them!!! The heels don't look that high, but the description does say they are 4 inches high. I didn't think much about it because they didn't stress my feet/legs like the my other 4" high heels!! In another word, NO PAIN! So, I guess they did pass the "comfy" test!!

I love the look of this shoe, but I have to tell you that the sizing is completely off. I usually wear between a 6 and a 6.5. I ordered a 6 in this Sofft shoe, and it is maybe a full size too big! It is outrageously badly sized. I wanted to keep this shoe but had to return it because the sizing is so very off.
Pay attention to the other reviews about this pinching your foot. I thought if I ordered it a little big it would be ok, but it's not - these are painful!

My husband gave me these shoes Christmas morning. They were so pretty and so red, I had to wear them all day, and I did. I had 16 relatives for dinner and wore them for the cooking and the cleanup. I am a huge fan of Sofft shoes because they really are gorgeous and comfortable. My feet were sore that night, but wearing any shoes for that long (seven hours) is very unusual for me.

I love Sofft brand and own 5-6 pairs, but have to try them on in different sizes almost every time because the sizes are inconsistent. I can wear size 9 with sandals, but need 9.5 for closed toe, then sometimes wide is too wide, etc. When I find the right fit, however, they are great. They are a nice blend of comfort and fun styling, and are just fun to wear.
This Gabriela shoe is so cute in person, very lady-like, but sexy too (in red anyway). The "hidden" platform inside makes the heel not feel as high as they look.

Thank goodness for Reviews!! The shoe was not available in my size so I read the reviews most of them saying the shoe ran 1/2 size small so I ordered 1/2 larger than my normal. They fit perfectly, I pulled them from the box wore them to a wedding. Very comfortable and attractive.

I love this shoe! I'm thinking about getting another pair in a different color. I wore it to a wedding, danced for hours and then walked six blocks to my hotel room in it. Only then did my toes start to hurt a bit, which says a lot for a high-heeled shoe. AND, I have arch issues. It is probably one of the most comfortable and stable dress shoes I've ever worn at any price -- and I've spent hundreds of dollars on a single pair of shoes in the past. The only thing I would caution about is that this shoes runs narrow. I had read other reviews of it saying the same thing, so I bought a wide width. I've never had to buy wide before. But I'm glad I did. Not sure if this is an issue with the brand or just this style. Probably best to size down a half and buy wide.

I love Sofft shoes, but this one does run narrow. I tried them on in a dept store then ordered a wide in my regular size and they fit perfect. I am on my feet a lot with my job and find these comfortable for heels.

The edges of patent leather and the stitching on the edges are so stiff and rough- they cause painful blisters. The toes are pushed to the cutouts which causes painful indentations on skin. They are simply the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn and I've worn some crazy shoes before. Don't get these, they are a waste of $$$!

I ordered 3 pairs of Sofft shoes this fall. I have never done that in my life before. But I love Sofft shoes and could not decide which pair so I just went with all three. The Gabriela does run small. I am a bit furstrated waiting for a back order of the next 1/2 size up. Ran into this with the Gala as well. (The 1/2 size up is perfect.) The boots were perfect in my regular size 7. These shoes are so stylish, comfortable (in the right size) and a shoe you can wear all day. I feel so sophisticated and put together when I am wearing a great fashionable shoe like Sofft. But I am not limping or in pain. Style comfort and painfree! What a perfect combination

These are the most comfortable pair of shoes to wear, I totally forget I am wearing heels. Excellent support and WIDE enough, no rubbing. They seem to be just a little long. If you have problems with heel slippage I would order 1/2 size down. The Red color is really beautiful and the patent is very soft and pliable. You will love these shoes.

I have 5 pairs of Sofft brand shoes and I love each and every pair. For my birthday this year I ordered three new pairs from the fall line. The Gala boot was great and true to size. The navy Gina was also very small. I re-ordered a full size larger. This one, the Gabriela I am ordering a 1/2 size larger and hope it is enough. This surprised me with Sofft. They are the best shoes. Stylish, stunning, trendy and comfortable. I get so many compliments from these shoes! Too bad the sizing is off. What are other peoples experience?

This shoe is great! It's comfortable and gorgeous, especially the red patent vogue, which is a nice, deep red that is not too bright but also not too dark. It does tend to slip a little in the heel, but that's easily fixed with some foot petals. I normally wear a 7.5M, but I had to get these in a 7W, which is a little odd.
