I just love the Paulette! I want Hobo to offer it in Red- then I'll have three!!! It's roomy without looking sloppy or huge, it maintains it's (very cool and different) shape, it has that great little end pocket for your cellphone or keys.The strap is just long enough for it to fit comfortably under your arm, the leather starts out shiny and crisp, but ages to a soft crinkle- it almost feels like sand washed silk. The Allison Burns bags do this too- it looks and feels great. Very "Vintage". I love this bag. I also want the Sage, and today's my birthday, so I'm working on it. This bag rocks, I get compliments all the time- but the most important thing is YOU will love it!

This purse is great. It is so roomy without looking big. I'm amazed at how much it holds. My friend keeps trying to convice me to give it to her, but I"m not giving this one away! I love how it's kind of slouchy but still looks high quality and professional.

I love this bag! Funky, yet not sloppy.

This is a wonderful bag- I've found that the leather for this family of Hobo items just gets better with age- initially it's shiny and crisp, which then becomes more vintage-y and soft as time passes. The colors are great; and that leads me to my only real 'con'- I got the stunningly beautiful Ocean color, (which people stop me in the street and ask about) but after wearing it all summer, I notice that the top of the strap, which rides on top of my shoulder, seems to have faded a TINY bit in color. I hope that treating it with some kind of leather helper will restore it to it's original gorgeous darker hue. It's not very obvious, but I notice. A trip to my shoe guy ought to remedy this problem. It's still totally fabulous.
Otherwise, I love that this bag has an unusual form (rectangular) and holds that shape as it ages. Great size, too. Love the handy end zipper pocket- great for the cell phone! It's really a beautiful bag, and I have dressed it both up and down. The strap drop does allow room for a light coat, but I don't know if it's long enough to accommodate a winter coat- I haven't tested that out yet. (denial that winter is coming...) I wish they'd do this bag in a nice fire engine red, then I'd get yet another! Awesome.
