This is my go-to work boot. I wore it to teach all semester and loved it the whole time. It's best aspect is its comfort. The heel is not too high (good for the tall girls!) so the balls of your feet don't hurt - especially because they've got that thick rubber sole to rest on. The calf buckle has three holes, the tightest of which is pretty narrow, though still a bit wide for my calf. I weare a 10.5 and the 41-42 fits perfectly. You'll need to protect the suede, but so far it's wearing well. Here's hoping they last because I love these shoes!

I have a wider foot, to my surprise, I needed a smaller size! The calf width fits well, and is NOT one of those super skinny boots. I love how 'finished' they look.
