I live in NYC and wore these out of the box to walk about 15 blocks (3/4 of a mile) in the city. I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable, durable yet cute. These really fit the bill!!

I purchased these because they were 'cuter' than some of the other clunkier shoes I saw. I live and work in New York City, so I walk a LOT every day...I need shoes that are durable and comfortable, but still cute. I am 5'10", and wear European size 41. I put these on an wore them to walk about 15 blocks right away. They were comfortable, and didn't give me ANY blisters! (even Dansko's sometimes give me blisters) The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because if you wear them without socks, the dye comes off on your feet. I have another pair of Mary Jane Dansko's that are STILL turning my feet black after three years! It's really my only complaint, and I'm willing to put up with the dye to get the great look and fit of Dansko shoes.
Does anyone know of a treatment I can put on the interior of the shoes to 'fix' the dye? Even if not, I'll continue to be a Dansko customer - very worth the price.
On this site, only the brown calf are available - where do I get the other colors?

I looooove these! I'm a wedding photographer and so i'm running (not just standing) 8-12 hours at a time. Wearing these are the next best thing to running shoes. AND I look fantastic and professional at the same time!

I wish thee had this in a wide size. It is a bit too narrow and it is hurting my feet.
Really great, but not as much arch support as other Danskos. There's plenty of room in the toe box for inserts, which is great for heels. In fact, until I but in the inserts, there was too much of a gap around my toes.

I have been having foot problems and desparately needed to find some "sensible" shoes for work. I wore these shoes 12 hours the first day-no problems! What a treat!

I absolutely love these shoes! I own many pairs of Danskos and this style is my favorite so far! They are very stylish and even a bit sexy for comfort shoes. They are even more comfortable than the other Danskos I own. I bought the dark brown suede and they have worked well with my office attire. I wear them with dresses, skirts and dress slacks. I especially like how they look with tan glen plaid slacks.

Living in the mountains, I find , is not conducive to wearing high heels. the Roxy's are comfortable,classy and well made. I can wear them out the door ,to a party,and back again without hurting my feet! The colors are great too! Thankyou
EXCELLENT shoes. I have two pairs (black and brown) and wear them all the time. I have wide feet (not extra wide however) and unlike another reviewer, I found these fit great. I love the ankle straps. They are dressy but not extremely dressy, more of a "casual dressy" look, if that makes sense. As comfy as they get for high heels, and the ankle straps mean no slippage. I love them.

I love Dansko shoes and these are one of my favorite styles. They look so attractive on and very stylish too! Sometimes comfort shoes can look a little clunky, but these manage to look sleek and sexy. They were comfortable right out of the box and I wear them all day at the office with no hurting feet problems at the end of the day. I'd also like to add that there is no carpeting in my office either!

These shoes run a bit snugger than most Danskos, but are overall true to size. They look great with a dress or a pair of jeans. For dressy shoes they are unbelievably comfortable and very stable. I absolutely love these shoes.
I hate dress shoes, especially heels. My ankle is skinny but my toe box is wide, thus hard to fit comfortably in ANY women's dress shoe. These look great and feel as good as any heel is likely to. Do buy true to size. I wear an 8, usually get 8.5 in dress shoes (because they're so uncomfortable). I was afraid an EU 38 would be too small so ordered a 39. Had to return them for my correct size. Despite the size charts, as an American 8 I usually wear a 38 in Birkenstocks and now in Danskos. So don't feel you have to order a size larger. These shoes are plenty long for their size.

I love the look of these shoes. The other reviews were great. Unfortunately, they were way too narrow. I found them by doing a wide dress shoes search. I guess the european sizes are supposed to be wider, but they aren't. So don't be misled. They were so tight I couldn't even walk in them.

I am in my thirites and have had rheumatoid arthritis since my twenties. My feet are also wide and I have a high arch. Most shoes feel hard on my feet, so I like them soft and loose. It's usually soft leather loafers, lace-ups, or walking sandals for me (Munro, Arcopedico, Ecco). I love to look stylish but haven't worn heels for years because most feel like rocks on my feet. These shoes are really comfortable, though. They do not dig in, do not pinch my toes, and are not restrictive in the areas of my feet that usually hurt. They have an elastic area on the strap underneath the buckle that gives as you walk, so the straps don't dig. I rarely wear them all day at work (I'm a teacher), but I can wear them 6 hours for a wedding and feel okay afterwards. This is life-changing! They are even cuter looking on your feet than they appear in the photos. Overall a great shoe.

I hadn't worn a dress in several years. Now, finally; I can wear a dress and my feet don't suffer through the experience.

I have knee and feet problems, this is the first shoe with a heel that I have been able to wear comfortably!
