I have a AAAA foot and it is very hard to find sandals to fit. I had been looking for some with a hook and loop closure and this fit the bill. I purchased it in A width hoping that it woud work and WORK IT DID. After three surgeries on my feet these shoes are perfect for my feet. they are stylish, comfortable and a great color for summer. I have hardly had them off my feet since I recieved them. Love them.

at first the shoe was hard on my arch, and i worried that i would not be able to wear them(i think this is because my favorite shoe is essentially a flip flop). but within a couple of days my foot adapted and now i can barely take them off. highly recommended.

I liked this shoe but it seemed a little expensive for a sandal. I sent it back but not because of fit but because of price

Just bought two more pairs of the Milan Drew. First sandal I have been able to wear. The sandal is comfortable enough I don't even have to use my orthodics with it. I also don't have to be confined to orthodic shoes and my feet can finally breath. Can walk distances without blistering or soreness. And can adjust straps if my feet swell. Love the sandal

My feet have had multiple surgeries, narrow, flat feet are hard to fit. The open sandal makes no friction for my toes. Narrow width available, plus adjustable straps make shoes stay on my feet well.

I have very narrow, flat feet that have had multiple operations. This sandal is perfect for summer wear-I keep mine on around the house all day, and it is stable enough to go shopping and walking in. The Velcro straps allow adjustment for extra narrow feet (the usual narrow Drews are too wide for me). They do not allow my foot to slide out if I step backwards, the insole molds well to my foot. In short, they are attractive and comfortable-no foot pain after wearing them every day since purchase. I will be ordering a second pair.
