I was very dissapointed because I really loved the look of these shoes, they are casual but dressy. I have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit because I am a size 11 narrow and my feet are bony with long toes. When I first put the shoes on they were comfortable and fit well but after walking in the shoes for a couple of hours the outer sides were digging into my ankle bones and actually scraped my skin raw. The other problem was although these were narrow shoes the heel was loose and my foot slipped up and down while walking.

I need attractive, somewhat dressy shoes to wear at conventions where I am on my feet all day long. Shoes need to be comfortable right away, with no break-in period. These shoes are the best-looking ones I have found that are comfortable right out of the box, look good, and keep me and my feet happy all day.

The heel of this shoe is bigger than normal, so that when I finally chose a size, after returning this shoe for a replacement that fit better, it still has a finger sized area extra in it.

I love this shoe, and I love to wear them. It's attractive, and fits my foot very well, after I added a heel insert. I have very narrow heels, so I frequently have this issue. Many shoes get sloppy on my feet, but these hug my feet nicely. I get compliments on them, too.

The shoes would have been OK, if it wasn't for the back side of the shoes which was too high, so it kept hitting my ankle bone.
