I loved the look of these shoes and couldn't wait until they came in the mail, but quickly realized after I wore them to work that they were horribly uncomfortable. These shoes caused the worst blister I have ever had!! I had recently purchased another style of the Softspots brand and love them. This style was very disappointing!

Beautiful shoe but poorly made. Within 1 month, the button (decorative button on the side of the strap) had fallen off, making the shoe unwearable because the strap won't stay put. Also, the heel is unstable and very wobbly. I wanted to love them because the inside is so soft and well padded, but they weren't worth the cost.

Nice sturdy shoe.

I bought these thinking they were a little dresser and stylish. They turned out to be a little more sturdy and conservative than I had hoped. Very nice well made shoe. The color was a lighter rather than a darker navy.

I own this shoe in a couple of colors. It is very comfortable. Very well padded. I wear a wide and it's quite comfortable in width as well.

This was not a style that really appealed to me. It did look like the pictures on the website. I chose it because of its listing as comfortable and the color. It feels good initially but after I'm on my feet all day the strap over the foot binds and is uncomfortable.
